Positive, I had a fantastic stay in a beautiful, clean Superior Double Room. The rooftop terrace offered incredible views and complimentary Prosecco was a nice touch. Rosa's warm welcome made us feel at home. The breakfast selection was also very good. Perfect for a romantic getaway!

However, there were issues with the room's functionality, as the air-conditioning was noisy and less effective than expected, and the bathroom lacked sufficient space for toiletries. Despite some drawbacks, the location near major attractions provides good access, but the absence of a more personal touch from staff left something to be desired.

The Superior Triple Room was spacious and clean, which was great for our group. Loved the mini fridge for storing snacks! The bathroom was a decent size with a nice walk-in shower and good water pressure. Only downside was the room was a bit too dark, and the A/C was pretty noisy, which made it hard to sleep at times. But overall, it was comfy enough for hanging out after our long days exploring Venice.
