perfect base for exploring iconic venice landmarks
I loved the fantastic rooftop terrace with a view where I enjoyed my complimentary Prosecco while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The B&B was just a short stroll away from the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, making it easy to explore the city's art scene.

The warm greeting from Rosa upon arrival set a pleasant tone for the stay. Room accommodations were generous, with fine amenities like mini bars, air-conditioning, and comfortable beds. However, there were issues with the room's functionality, as the air-conditioning was noisy and less effective than expected, and the bathroom lacked sufficient space for toiletries. Despite some drawbacks, the location near major attractions provides good access, but the absence of a more personal touch from staff left something to be desired.

The Superior Triple Room was spacious and clean, which was great for our group. Loved the mini fridge for storing snacks! The bathroom was a decent size with a nice walk-in shower and good water pressure. Only downside was the room was a bit too dark, and the A/C was pretty noisy, which made it hard to sleep at times. But overall, it was comfy enough for hanging out after our long days exploring Venice.

I had a great time during my stay. The staff prepared a cake and prosecco for my husband's birthday, which was a nice surprise. I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, sipping prosecco while my husband and I celebrated. We loved the walking distance to major attractions. Breakfast was nice and provided a homely feel. Overall, everything felt welcoming and seamless, making for a memorable experience.
There were many steps to our room as there is no lift. This could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

We had a fantastic stay with our family and friends! The location was perfect, just a short stroll to La Fenice Theatre and the Accademia Gallery. The rooftop terrace with complimentary Prosecco made evenings special, great for unwinding after a day of exploring.
My wife says that the stairs were a bit daunting with luggage. A small lift would greatly help families.
